TRUTH - Please note that you are coming to Egypt which is virtually a 3rd world country i.e. that means that in the things that matter, they are much more enlightened than the West, but there are some things that happen where we have to "go with the flow". The electricity may, but not often, fail for short periods, the water pressure will vary, the menus are not extensive in their variety, it is pure fresh wholesome food prepared caringly in the moment, expect this, not Cordon Bleu menus. Everywhere is clean, clean, clean AND a bit dusty from the winds off the desert. There are fields around and streams from the Nile , so there are flies and mosquitoes. These flies are great teachers as the more one resists their presence the more they persist! |
